While aviation inspired our beginnings, Zephline has grown into a brand for everyone. We design versatile, everyday clothing that fits your lifestyle, whether you’re on the go, at work, or just relaxing.

THE VERY BEGINNING: The first seed was planted in 2023 with a small aviation YouTube channel and a simple idea: create merch for viewers who shared a love for flight. The early products didn’t make a big impact, but the experience sparked something bigger, a passion for designing clothing that reflects creativity and purpose.
TAKING SHAPE: The channels merch store started to evolve and become a separate clothing brand. The products kept improving design-wise, but limitations of third-party platforms held things back. With limited control over product quality, fulfillment, or the website, the brand couldn’t grow into what it was meant to be.
THE FOUNDING: I had to let the brand grow, so I founded a new brand, Zephline. The brand you know and love today. We have our own website, and with that, we have endless opportunities. We now have higher-quality products than ever, at more affordable prices. We are being good stewards of the earth God gave us by being an eco-friendly brand, only producing products at demand. No waste here.
UPCOMING: Looking forward to 2026, we’re excited to keep growing and improving. New designs, better products, and more ways to connect with you are all on the way. This is just the beginning.

Meet the Founder
I’m Joshua R, the founder of Zephline, a brand built from passion, purpose, and a love for aviation. What started as a simple merch store for my YouTube channel has grown into something much bigger, a premium clothing brand that reflects originality, quality, and affordability.
I created Zephline to give people access to high-quality products that align with their passions, without the premium price tag. Every design is intentional, every product made on demand to reduce waste and be a good steward of the earth God has given us.
As a young entrepreneur, I’ve taught myself nearly everything it takes to build this brand, from design and marketing to sourcing and web development, with support from a few close people. My love for aviation and my faith in God guide everything I do, and I’m committed to making Zephline a brand that’s respected, loved, and worn by thousands.
When you wear Zephline, I want you to feel the difference: premium quality, original design, and a connection to something bigger, whether that’s your passion for flight or a reminder to live with intention, integrity, and meaning.
